A simply designed rib tool for use on the pottery wheel. The round rib is easy to control and can be guided with two hands. I use this tool often to expand pieces on the wheel as well as setting curves on bowls, vases, and bottles.

This is a hand made pottery tool. All metal hardware is stainless steel and welded by me. The rib is cherry wood made on a wood lathe and oil impregnated. The handles are hardwood.
